What makes good leadership? What are the issues you might face in leading organisations, and how can you practice leadership in an ethical and responsible manner?

In this specialist route available in our BA (Honours) Business Management (Q91) degree, you will develop an interdisciplinary perspective on the management of business organisations and build specialised knowledge and skills in leadership and change management. On completion of your degree, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to use and apply leadership practices and concepts in the workplace and will acquire a wide range of transferable management skills.

Course details

This degree has three stages, each comprising 120 credits.

  • You’ll start Stage 1 with a 60-credit introductory business and management module.
  • Thereafter, for your remaining 300 credits, you'll combine the study of business and management with a focus on leadership practice.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements to study this qualification.

Within the BA (Honours) Business Management there is the option to study a mathematics module. Whether that module is right for you will depend on your experience and confidence with mathematics.
